"Guaranteed Performance with PRIME Series"

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Terms and Conditions Apply

Exception: This guarantee does not apply to batteries
that are physically damaged or classified as scrap prior to the regeneration process.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: REGENERATION PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

1. General Performance Commitment

REPOWERTEK INC. provides a 100% Money-Back Guarantee anchored strictly to the verifiable regeneration efficacy of the PRIME system. If the equipment fails to demonstrate restorative performance across eligible batteries, the buyer reserves the right to withdraw the purchase within 30 days of physical delivery (or within 40 days from the payment date).

  1. ①

Products compromised due to buyer negligence, external impact, arbitrary repair, unauthorized conversion, or significant asset depreciation through misuse are strictly excluded from return eligibility.

2. Scope of Guarantee Eligibility

This performance guarantee applies strictly and exclusively to batteries that satisfy all of the following cumulative engineering conditions:

  1. ①

Target Battery Specification : Applies solely to active, in-service lead-acid batteries maintaining an initial State of Health (SoH) of 80% or higher. Fully exhausted, expired, or discarded scrap batteries are completely excluded.

  2. ②

Absence of Irreversible Physical Damage : The subject batteries must be free of irreversible structural degradation before the regeneration process, including positive plate corrosion, grid collapse, cell cuts (open circuits), internal short circuits, active material shedding, casing deformation, or severe electrolyte/acid depletion. The capacity loss must be exclusively due to chronic sulfate crystallization.

  3. ③

Persistent & Systematic Non-Performance : Claims cannot be based on isolated or sporadic test outcomes (e.g., only one or two instances of failure to improve). It must be objectively proven, with test reports and photos (on the PRIME's screen from START to the END), that identical regeneration failure conditions consistently persist across repeated regeneration tests with several other group/type batteries.

3. Ineligible Battery Conditions (Irreversible Physical States)

Claims are unconditionally rejected for batteries exhibiting irreversible mechanical failure or end-of-life disposal states. The PRIME system operates solely on electrochemical desulfation; no technology can resurrect mechanically and physically dead cells.

  1. ①

Corrosion & Oxidation : Structural electrode corrosion and terminal destruction typical of scrap batteries.

  2. ②

Internal Mechanical Failures : Cell-cuts, short circuits, or detached lead dioxide active materials.

  3. ③

Electrolyte Depletion : Irreversible acid starvation or dry-out beyond chemical recovery.

  4. ④

Intrinsic Plate Defects : Latent physical defects inherent to the internal battery core.

  5. ⑤

Batch Verification Principle : If a processed batch exhibits successful regeneration across most units while a few remain unresponsive, those non-responsive units are conclusively deemed structurally damaged.

A claim is recognized only if all tested sulfated batteries meeting the eligibility criteria systematically fail to recover.

4. Operational Malpractice and Customer Fault

Refund coverage and warranty rights are immediately voided if equipment failure arises from customer malpractice:

  1. ①

Trouble caused by operational misuse, unauthorized disassembly, improper repair, or structural alteration.

  2. ②

Connection to incorrect electrical ratings, improper line voltages, or unstable power capacities exceeding specifications.

  3. ③

Physical impact, drops, or improper handling during relocation after installation.

  4. ④

Use of uncertified consumables, unapproved auxiliary cables, or non-genuine peripheral options.

  5. ⑤

Unauthorized servicing attempted by third parties without explicit authorization from REPOWERTEK certified engineers.

Mandatory Return Protocol : Any claim requires the physical return of the unit to REPOWERTEK technical headquarters for rigorous diagnostic investigation.

5. Verification Protocols & Return Conditions
  1. ①

Mandatory Objective Data : Claims will be denied without certified before-and-after test reports (comparative internal resistance/impedance values and C10/C20 discharge test records) proving systematic failure, accompanied by substantiated technical rationale.

  2. ②

Claim Validity Window : Claims must be formally submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery (or within 40 days from payment date).

  3. ③

Buyer Discretion Charges : If inspection reveals that the returned machine operates within normal factory parameters and the return is determined to be solely based on the buyer's change of mind, all accrued round-trip freight, customs clearance fees, technical inspection costs, and restocking charges shall be billed entirely to the buyer.

NOTE
  • •

For the RPT-S500 and RPT-S600, the use of an AVR is strongly recommended to help protect the unit from voltage fluctuations.

  • •

The unit must be connected to the power supply by a qualified electrician or technician. Do not connect the AC cable using a standard household plug or other undersized plug-and-cable assembly.

  • •

The AC cable must be connected directly to a single circuit breaker rated at 32 A or higher within the MCCB.

  • •

Failure to follow these electrical connection requirements may result in equipment malfunction or damage. Damage or malfunction resulting from improper electrical connection may not be covered under warranty and may require paid repair service.

Drilling open all 6 cells of an MF battery and checking the electrolyte gravity

MF Battery
(Drilled 6 Cells to Inspect Inside)

By drilling open all 6 cells of this sealed MF
battery, you can directly inspect the internal
dry-out and acid depletion that is normally
invisible from the outside. (If the electrolyte
inside is already completely dried out or de
pleted beyond recovery, the battery cannot
be regenerated.)

Checking Gravity
(Dark & Discolored Electrolyte)

• When measuring the electrolyte specific
gravity, the drawn fluid shows a heavy,
dark discoloration instead of clear acid.

(This dark color confirms that active materials
have severely collapsed and shed from the
plates into the solution. Even if the gravity
reads high or fails to rise, the battery is
internally corrupted and cannot be
recovered.)

If Any Battery Cannot Be Regenerated

If most batteries in a batch are successfully regenerated but a specific unit shows no improvement, that unit has already reached an irreversible physical scrap condition (such as complete internal dry-out, active material shedding, cell-cuts, or short circuits). No machine or method can repair such physical and structural damage. Therefore, batteries in a scrap state cannot be accepted for refund claims.
